Renson’s 414 louvre was specified on this student accommodation project, which required an effective Class A louvre for its ventilation strategy of 419 bedrooms. Renson worked with the contractor to design a customised solution; our adapted 414 glaze-in louvre with insulated backing panel and spigot connection was perfect for the application.

The client wanted to combine products to meet the regulations imposed for the building. Renson proposed a high-performance acoustic tricklevent, providing airflow and attenuation through the façade, including in some cases a spigot duct connection to an MVHR system.
