From this central role, as a sales & marketing support officer, you offer the best possible support to the external & internal sales as well as to marketing. This includes responsibilities at both organizational, administrative and optimization level.

Job description

Support Sales Management team
  • Calendar Management: schedule and organize regularly scheduled meetings.
  • Filing important documents and communicate relevant information to sales managers & their teams. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales analytics utilizing the appropriate software and other reports as needed.
    • Store and sort financial and non-financial data of clients in CRM system
    • Prepare background information & reports for internal & external sales meetings & present this in an understanding & attractive format (ppt./excel/PDF).  Report with action list afterwards.
    • Monitor the team’s progress & KPI’s, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to the sales managers.
    • Guide new & existing sales team members in internal processes & flows (CRM, booking meeting rooms, who’s who,  …). Integrate these flows into manuals.
    • Communication & introduction of new team members towards our clients base.
    • Order of sales tools (visit cards, …) & incentives for clients
Support Local Marketing team
  • Prepare mailing lists for commercial mailings, actions, fairs & events. Keep attendee lists up to date & follow-up of integration action status in CRM system.
  • Group evaluations of events/fairs/marketing actions & inform colleagues on feedback (BU, PM, Other countries, …)
  • Set-up & follow-up calculation cost/lead
  • Optimize reporting flow of marketing initiatives (capturing B2B leads)
  • Coordination of all admin related to photo- and videography of Renson references
  • Track & adapt marketing budget / ambassador in CRM
  • Organizational & hosting support for national- and international fairs & events  (team occupation overview, booking of hotel-and transport, badging, …)



  • University or college degree
  • Experience in a sales supporting role
  • Like to work independently and know to prioritize you time 
  • Collaborating, influencing, and working successfully with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Well organized team player with a hands-on & problem solving approach
  • Sales and customer oriented
  • Strong listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Results focus, proactive cooperation, curiosity
  • Have operational knowledge of Dutch, French and English. German are a plus (role dependent knowledge of an extra language can be a must)
