Are you looking for a single, consistent style to tie together all of the extensions to your home? If so, in Renson’s Algarve range you’re sure to find something to your liking for both your carport and terrace covering – with the option of a fixed or adjustable louvred roof.
Protection from sun, wind and rain
You can enjoy outdoor living all year round… as long as you have protection, whenever you may need it, from the blazing sun, a chilly wind or an unexpected downpour. And that’s exactly what you get with an Algarve terrace covering from Renson, whether it’s in a freestanding or lean-to version or integrated into an existing roof structure. Thanks to the tilting louvre blades in the roof, you can let in just the right amount of sun. And if the heavens open, these can of course, be closed completely, at which point the rainwater will be channelled laterally into the drainpipes integrated into the columns. The new generation of Algarve terrace coverings can even be customised, not only with screens, but also with glass or Loggia sliding panels that offer protection from the wind.
Versatile terrace with fixed or adjustable louvred roof
The introduction of the ‘Canvas’ variant means the Algarve is now also available with a fixed roof, which instantly opens up all kinds of additional options for your terrace. That means you can cover part of your terrace with a fixed roof (above an outdoor kitchen, for example) while using a louvred roof for the rest, allowing you to enjoy the sun on another part of your terrace. And all this can be integrated into a single structure.
Carport in the same style The Algarve Canvas is also the ideal solution for anyone looking for a carport in the same style as their terrace covering. That way, you can combine both extensions perfectly into the uniform look & feel of your home and garden. You also have the option of adding a cover or canopy over your front door, all without a single visible screw.
Algarve Canvas: fixed upper roof with a fabric ceiling
The Algarve Canvas fixed roof is made up of 2 layers: the top layer is a robust roof in painted profiled sheet steel, while underneath this is a seamless ceiling with no crossbeams or intermediate beams. This is thanks to tightly stretched fabric, which is now well-known from the Fixscreen fabric solar shading that Renson has pioneered for several years. As with the Algarve variant featuring a louvred roof, water drainage is integrated in the structure invisibly.
