• Fast Lane service: With this ordering method via e-REPS, you ensure that your service part enters the production fast lane, which means that the order follows a special flow and is given the highest priority in production. This allows you to enjoy the following delivery times for service parts when in stock. These delivery periods start from the moment you order via e-REPS.

  • Part without specific color and without specific length: production within 2 working days
  • With specific length without specific color: production within 5 working days
  • With specific length with specific color: production within 10 working days
  • Without specific length, with specific color: production within 10 working days
  • Ready-to-use screens: production within 10 working days
  • Assembled compositions: production within 15 working days (in e-REPS as ‘Assembled Part’)
